YOGA STUDIO
Yoga is for everyone, and it's never too late to start. Classes are designed for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
Unlike other sports, yoga practice works on both physical and mental levels simultaneously. We truly stretch and strengthen the entire body, while also stretching and strengthening the mind. Yoga doesn't focus on the surface, but on what's within. It teaches us to be aware of muscles deep beneath the skin, and thanks to yoga, you might discover muscles you never even knew you had. Through this constant awareness of our body, we divert our attention from thoughts that bother and overwhelm us. We practice, observe our body, until we find ourselves not thinking about what was or what will be, but focusing only on the present moment.

Why practice yoga?
Yoga is very beneficial for both body and mind. It positively affects muscles, joints, as well as the respiratory, circulatory, and lymphatic systems, and all organs and glands in the body. It stretches the body, harmonizes the mind, and improves our mental state.
Classes with Mirka
The class combines fluid movements and strength, with an emphasis on improving flexibility and stability, and brings harmony between movement and breath. Ideal for everyone looking for muscle strengthening and deeper stretching.

Gentle flow yoga
Fluid execution of yoga asanas with a focus on circulating energy to the rhythm of our breath, suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Vinyasa flow yoga
connecting breath with movement. Sun Salutations accompany the entire hour. Thanks to movement, it keeps our minds in the present and allows us to fully experience the present moment. However, it doesn't have a predefined structure, so practitioners can create their own sequences, which brings it closer to Hatha yoga.
Vinyasa flow yoga warms the body and helps to circulate heat within it. Thanks to the body's warming and subsequent sweating, toxins are better eliminated from the body, aiding in weight loss. With regular practice, muscles become not only more flexible but also stronger. Breath is the foundation here, from which movement flows, and transitions from pose to pose are synchronized with the breath and its individual phases.
