INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
For those of you who want to improve your game, there's an option for individual training sessions with professional coach Ruda Malý.
He has been playing squash for 16 years.
He is a graduate of VŠTVS, specializing in sports and fitness.
To deepen his sports education, he has successfully completed courses such as fitness trainer, health physical education, or compensatory exercises.
Since 2014, he has held the second highest coaching license in Europe (Coaching Diploma Level 2, ESF). He also regularly publishes in professional sports magazines.
Colin White (coach of the Hungarian national team, ESF tutor) said about Ruda Malý:
"When I'm tutoring an ESF Coaching Course, I look for many things in candidate coaches, but for me their passion for coaching, passion for the sport and their passion for developing their knowledge are very important. I was very lucky to tutor the ESF Level 2 Course that Ruda attended in Prague and I was very happy to pass him because I saw that passion.
