EXERCISE PROGRAM for seniors focuses on vitality and physical fitness at an appropriate level. Active exercise elements include especially stretching, which
helps restore the original flexibility of shortened muscles. Large exercise balls, overballs, resistance bands, and stretching straps are used for exercise. Exercise is done to calm music, no running or jumping. Exercise takes place in group sessions.

H.E.A.T. Program

(High Energy Aerobic Training) "WALKING" - physical activity designed for EVERYONE regardless of age and fitness level, consisting only of ordinary and most natural human movement. Because walking is completely natural for humans, you don't have to worry about your joints or spine. On the contrary - because the body doesn't have to resist any impacts from jumping, the joint system, spine and muscular system get the best possible care.

Operating the treadmill is absolutely simple, it has only three controls. Because the belt is mechanical, you control the difficulty of walking yourself. So you don't have to worry that the belt will start moving fast or that walking will be difficult.

FitYoga

Yoga exercise inspired by developmental kinesiology and principles of healthy movement. Movement connected with natural breath pulsation, awareness of its shape and flow
and with self-awareness,... here and now.
Spontaneously created sequences during the lesson, with emphasis on the feeling of experience and sensation from movement, perception of music and oneself.
Stopping and resting in final relaxation to find inner peace and contentment.

Children's Yoga

Together we will stretch and strengthen our muscles. We will therefore imitate many animals that do it perfectly. We will empathize and transform into trees and flowers. We will play yoga games during which we will laugh and relax (memory game, yoga alphabet...)We will create stories according to yoga cards and also according to our own imagination. We will learn to breathe properly, perceive our body and sensesWe will relax and massage ourselves. And we will learn to love ourselves!

CONDITIONING

Through CONDITIONING TRAINING PROGRAMS, designed for active performance sports, you can expand your training volume with an active exercise unit whose main content is exercise with balance equipment and strengthening the deep stabilization system.
