ALPINNING

ALPINNING™ is an IndoorWalking activity, freely translated as "walking inside." ALPINNING™ can be described as an activity performed by a group of people in the same room, at the same time, under the guidance of a trained instructor, accompanied by music, and on special stationary trainers called ALPITRACK trainers. To give you a better idea, ALPINNING™ can be compared to spinning or indoor cycling, but instead of stationary bikes, ALPINNING™ uses the aforementioned special trainers.
